In order to ensure product tracking before cosmetic products are placed on the market, it is obligatory to notify the Ministry’s product tracking system to the ÜTS platform.
It is forbidden to produce, import cosmetic products without notifying the Ministry of Health or to expand the field of activity of an institution without notifying the changes made after the first notification.
A fine is imposed on the producer who does not comply with any of these prohibitions.
